Rivergate parking areas closed due to ASB

Dear Resident,

An area of Rivergate has been closed to the public following concerns about anti-social behaviour and associated criminality.

A three-month open space closure order was granted following a successful application at court by your local Neighbourhood Policing Team. It covers the parking area/under croft below:

It prohibits access to everyone, except for the tenants of the flats named on the order, employees of the management company, and emergency services.

Failure to comply with the order is a criminal offence which could result in imprisonment of up to three months, a fine, or both.
